These are the most common cooking measurements conversions guide in chart format.
Since most of the Thai recipes that you’ll find are listed using US or Imperial measurements which means they are in teaspoons, cups, tablespoons, pounds and ounces; I’ve made this special page as a reference for fast easy cooking measurements conversion from imperial to metric. These guide are the common cooking conversion chart that I usually use in my Thai cooking.
Please be aware that most of the cooking measurements figures shown are rounded off so don’t be surprise if you compare the numbers of the cooking conversion chart with a another online conversion calculator, there’s a difference but its negligible.
