Ingredients:
- 100 g Prawns
 - 4 Salty eggs
 - 1 Tsp Lemon juice
 - ¼ tsp White pepper
 - 2 Tbsp Spring onion, chopped
 - 50 ml Chicken stock
 
 
 ( Kitchen Measuring )
 
Procedures:
- Take the white part from the salty eggs then mix with lemon juice, white pepper, and chopped spring onions.
 - Add stock and mix then pour into small tin foil cups and steam for 5 minutes.
 - Clean and shell the prawns then arrange the head and prawn meat and steam for another 5 minutes.
