Ocean Prawn Cups (Kaikam Toom Gung)


  • 100 g Prawns
  • 4 Salty eggs
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Spring onion, chopped
  • 50 ml Chicken stock

  1. Take the white part from the salty eggs then mix with lemon juice, white pepper, and chopped spring onions.
  2. Add stock and mix then pour into small tin foil cups and steam for 5 minutes.
  3. Clean and shell the prawns then arrange the head and prawn meat and steam for another 5 minutes.
