Pork Bean Curd Sausage ( Look Chin Mu Torhu)

Ingredients:

  • 150 g minced Pork
  • 50 g Bean curd soaked
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Coriander root
  • 1 Tbsp Spring onion, chopped
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp crushed Ice

Procedures:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
  2. Then spoon mixture into tin foil and roll up into a sausage shape
  3. Then steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool once done.
  5. Then remove foil to deep fry for a few seconds.
