Pork Yellow Curry Pita (Pita Mu)

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp yellow curry paste
  • 4-6 pita breads
  • 300 g pork meat
  • 30 g chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp seasoning sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Procedures:

  1. Stir-fry chopped garlic and onion for a minute then add pork cubes.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and continue frying for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm pita breads then fill with fried pork and the garnishes.
  4. Serve and Enjoy
