Pork Curry Bread (Mu Garee Kanoom Pan)

Ingredients:

  • 250 g pork steak meat
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp yellow curry paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 220 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml evaporated milk
  • 20 g chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Turkish bread



( Cooking Measurements )


Procedures:

1. Chop pork into medium size cubes then fry until half cooked and a little browned.

2. Add the chopped garlic, chopped onion and fry for another 30 seconds

3. Then add sugar, salt, yellow curry paste, evaporated milk, and coconut milk then let it simmer.

3. Slice Turkish bread then spoon filling inside.
